Day 5 workout is complete! :D

And I've gotta say...it is getting a little easier. I'm not saying it's easy - I highly doubt it will ever be easy - but it's definitely easier to get through. My muscles are protesting a LOT less when I do the workout and afterwards. So YAY!

And this may be gross, but my fat feels a little looser if that makes sense. Like more jiggly? Like the muscles are separating themselves from it or something? IDK, maybe that's all in my head. I'm taking it as a positive though.

Also? Added in a couple of lengthy walks today - one that was about 45 minutes around my 'hood and one that was just by getting off at a subway stop further from the library, walking to the library, and then walking to another subway stop further away.

I figure every little bit helps.
