In the last cardio circuit, Jillian says "I want you to feel like you're going to die" and, well, she's getting her wish with me. OMG LEVEL 2 IS *HARD*!!!!

I'm doing it though. I did the correct abs move in the last segment, and honestly? It was easier than my flat out plank for a minute yesterday. Not that it's easy by any stretch of the imagination. But the movement made it a little less...shaky I guess.

At any rate, Day 12 is in the books. Now to relax for a few minutes and then heat up some bean stew I made today (mostly from a recipe but somewhat improvised as I couldn't find every single thing on the list) for dinner.
