Woohoo!! Day 23 is done!!!

I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to go today. I didn't get much sleep last night because my allergies are acting up, and according to my doctor I have "reactive airway disease" - which basically means allergy-induced asthma - so I've been wheezy and coughy. I was tired and dragging coming up from the subway, so I took the bus rather than walking 12 blocks in the dryish and windy air with pollen blowing around. I was still tired while I was changing into my workout gear.

BUT I DID IT!! And amazingly (or maybe not so much so) I started feeling BETTER while I was doing it!!! :) Still Level 3 and still hard, but I did it!!!

I think this IS turning into a habit. And it's one I'm happy to be picking up!!
