WOW!!! I DID IT!!!!

All 30 Days!!!!

I'll have my weigh-in in the morning. I do feel like I gained some strength and endurance. Am I where I want to be? No way - in either weight or fitness. But I feel like I've taken a huge positive step in doing this.

Honestly? I don't see a lot of difference. Maybe a little more definition, but... My coworkers all say they can tell, so who knows. My pants are looser, but I'm not to the point where I have to buy new clothes yet.

Still, I'm not quitting by any means. This is only the beginning.
