Yeah...I knew this week was not going to be good. I've really fallen off my eating - I suspect I know why, but that will become evident or not in the next couple of days. Grr being a girl!! Just shows me I need to focus and work even harder on eating well and in the right amounts this time next month!!

Last week: 184.5

This week: 186.5

:( But I'm not going to let it set me back. Just refocus and keep going. I lost it before, I can lost it again.
