Accomplished! :)

I decided to *try* to do the full push-ups rather than being on my knees. Um, yeah...my body is not ready for me to do that. At least not if I want to do more than 3 and go down more than an inch. I will work up to it...but I should focus on the knee ones and getting fully down and back up every time with those first.

And that's ok. It takes time to build up the muscles to do it. I'm not gonna get down on myself because I can't yet. I'm getting there. Baby steps.

(Now, the fact that my parents are going to the beach next week, and I can't go to the beach at all this year (they changed up their week in spite of the week we've gone the past couple of years being the same rate)? That I can be sad about.)
