Blech. Not happy. :(

This week: 188

I've been better with my eating this week overall. I've been more diligent about working out. Maybe I can chalk it up to that time of the month? I have no explanation.

Cracking down on food from now on. :(

I was totally NOT feeling like doing this at all today. We had field day with the kids, which, when you're talking special ed means a lot of running along with the kids, so I got a good bit of exercise in already.

But I did it. If it wasn't for those stupid anterior raises with a side lunge I wouldn't mind Level 1 that much. But as much as I LOVE chest flies, I LOATHE anterior raises with a side lunge. YUCK!!!

And may I also just say? Exercise does NOT always make you happy or feel better. I'm still sad. :(
