Anyhoodles... It's weigh-in day!!

Per my scale...

Last week:
weight - 186.8
body fat - 34.6%
water - 47.7%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 30.0

This week:
weight - 185.8
body fat - 34.6%
water - 47.7%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 29.9

Woohoo! Loss! I'll take a pound. :) Definitely going to work on the amount of sleep - I really have noticed when I get more sleep (like 7-8 hours a night) I lose more weight!
