I upped the sleep a bit this week. Let's see the results shall we?

Last week:
weight - 185.8
body fat - 34.6%
water - 47.7%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 29.9

This week:
weight - 183.6
body fat - 34.3%
water - 47.9%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 29.5

So woo! Mini-plateau appears busted. Also lost half an inch off my waist and an inch off my hips!

AND!!!! I'm no longer "obese" per the BMI scale! I'm merely overweight!! :) Yay!!!!
