Weigh-in

Yep. It's Thursday, which means time to weigh-in!

Last week's weight: 187.5

Today's weight: 184.5

Weight loss for the week: 3 pounds!!!!!

Total weight loss so far: 14.5 pounds!!!

To get to the top of my "healthy range" I need to lose 35.5 pounds. To give myself a bit of a cushion with that range, I need to lose 45.5 pounds.

Somehow those numbers don't seem AS hugs as they used to. :)
