Blech! Pictures again.
Ok...I should have done this on Monday, but at the time I was thinking I was going to do a modified 30 Day Shred. Since then, I've decided that I'm going to do the whole thing again. Today will be Day 6, but the pictures are pretty accurate as I haven't really lost more than maybe a pound if that.
We'll call Round 2 starting weight 188 (I didn't weigh myself this morning, and I've had a ton of water today, so now wouldn't be accurate).
