So this morning was my weigh-in.

Here's how it stacked up so far...

4/8 (starting) - 199
4/15 - 194
4/22 - 192
4/29 - 188.5

I'm pretty much alright with that. :) Putting it in perspective, I lost half a pound less than Sunshine on The Biggest Loser from this week's weigh-in. I figure with everything they do there, if I can keep up that close I'm doing pretty well!

So basically? To be at the top of my "healthy" weight range, I've got 40 pounds to go. I'd like to have a little bit of a cushion, so I'm shooting for 50 pounds to go.

Day 24 is in the books. Well, it has been since about 4:30 this afternoon, but I went out for a while.

I'm pretty happy with myself I got through it, especially the abs. See, with my allergies going batshit, I've gotten this cough from hell. Like, it's kept me up for the past couple of nights. And last night it was bad enough I threw up. Twice. Now, you would think that with all the ab work in the first 22 days of the Shred I'd be ok in that area. Um, wrong. Apparently the ab muscles you use for coughing are totally different to the ones I've been working. So my abdominal area is in major pain - to the point I don't WANT to cough at all because it HURTS. But I made it through - and reinforcing my theory, the abs I worked during the workout didn't complain that much. (Obviously there was a little bit as always. But.)

So yay!! Alright, bed! And hope that this all-natural cough medicine I got works!
