New Plan... Shred on Weekdays!!

I officially decided that at least until I get some other dvds, I'm going to do at least one level of the Shred Monday through Friday. I'll do Yoga Meltdown on Saturday and Sunday.

So... Today I did Level 3 again. It's really come to be my favorite of the three. :D So yay for exercise! Day 17 of the Shredheads May Challenge complete!

Now...to get the eating back on track. Gah! I've been so bad. Definitely not expecting a loss at all this week. :( But...
