Doing the Shred - Day 4
Apr. 9th, 2010 06:36 pmI gotta say, it's getting easier. It's by no means EASY, but it was definitely slightly easier today than yesterday! Woohoo!
I'm assuming since there are three levels and it's 30 days, the intent is to do 10 days at each level? There aren't really instructions. That's what I'm going to try and do anyway... So six more days to go on level 1. (Unless of course I hear otherwise - but mixing it up a little is supposed to be good for you, right?)
I'm also walking as much as I can. Given that I'm in New York City, that's pretty easy to do. My big thing right now walking-wise is to and from the subway stop to work. It's about 12 blocks - so weather-permitting it's a good little walk.
The eating part - specifically changing things - will come soon. I'm pretty good about watching the amount of what I eat. But I'm talking eating to get my metabolism more in line. We shall see how it goes.
