Revisiting Level 1
May. 18th, 2010 09:01 pmDecided to mix it up a little today and do Level 1 of the Shred - pushing to do the more advanced moves as much as possible (still not happening on the push-ups...I shall remain on my knees for those for a while).
For any of you under the delusion that when you've done all 30 days and all three levels that level 1 will be easy? Let me dispel that one right now. It's NOT easy. It's still definitely a challenge. Definitely a challenge!
