Yes! I did it! Less arguing with myself about it today, and a lot more energy during and after. I think towards the end I was actually doing Natalie-style jump rope! :D

Still hate the anterior raises with side lunges. Those are just yuck!

But... I even had enough energy to go for a 30-40 minute walk a little while ago! :) That's progress!!

Long weekend. Plenty of time to exercise. And since it's the rent paycheck, not too much money to do food damage. That's always a plus.
