Another Friday morning, another date with the scale. Let's see how I did.
Last Week:
weight - 187
body fat - 34.8%
water - 47.6%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 30.0
This Week:
weight - 186.8
body fat - 34.6%
water - 47.7%
bone density - 6.6%
BMI - 30.0
So minimal loss, but I did do measurements and I've lost an inch off of my waist and an inch odd of my hips. I can tell that changes are going on - my fat on my stomach area is in that lovely lumpy looser stage - and in the upper abs especially I can see some definition under the lumpy looser fat. So that's progress.
I do know I haven't been getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Must work on improving that.
