Alright. Today was weigh-in. I knew it wasn't going to be a great week. And it wasn't.

Last week's weight - 188.5
Today's weight - 187.5

So only a pound. BUT looking at it, the day I started the 30 Day Shred (not the first day I posted my weight on here, I weighed 200. So in the 30 days, I've lost 12.5 pounds.

That's a good start, I think! Now to keep on losing!!
