Ugh. I was so bad in terms of my food this weekend. SO bad! And so I gave myself "punishment" with my workout today.

30 Day Shred Level 3!

Actually? I'll probably do it all week. I'm contemplating going to a M-F 30 Day Shred, Sa-Su Yoga Meltdown schedule. At least until I get more dvds. We'll see.

But my secret? I LOVE LEVEL 3!!! So...it's not really "punishment".
