...it's just looked different. It's been extra stairs and more walking because of my schedule.
See, last night I was going to go to a reading/performance/signing Chely Wright was doing. Because there was some difference in the times being reported, and knowing I needed to be there, I was afraid to even do the 20 minutes of the Shred. So I ran up and down the stairs at school a few extra times (I'm on the 4th floor), and added in some extra and fast walking. (Hearing and meeting Chely was totally worth it!!)
Then today I ended up going to a friend's apartment on the UWS to look through some plays she was giving away, so that limited my time as well. More stairs - and I went up the stairs to her apartment on the 6th floor - and walking. I went for a 45 minute walk around my 'hood a little while ago.
So not ideal, but I did get some exercise in and am 21 days into the Shredheads Exercise Every Day In May challenge.
Also? I have a new plan of attack. I am going to do the Shred again with one difference... I will Shred M-F and Yoga Meltdown on the weekends. Except this one when I will Shred because I need to make up for these past two days and the sort of slacking off I've done.
