Friday means weigh-in!!

Last week:
weight - 181.2
body fat - 34%
water - 48.2%
bone density - 6.5%
BMI - 29.2

This week:
weight - 178.6
body fat - 33.6%
water - 48.5%
bone density - 6.5%
BMI - 28.7

WOOHOO!!!!! 21 pounds since I started this journey for real in April!!!!! SOOOOOO pumped!!!!

About 35-40ish to go depending on how I look and feel when I hit the top end of my "ideal" weight.
