So today was weigh-in day. I wasn't expecting a lot, mainly because I know yesterday was a crappy food day. I ate more than usual and later than usual.
And...yeah.
4/22 - 192 pounds
So it's a loss of 2 for the week, which is still a loss. And now that I've seen what varying from my eating plan does, I definitely know to be stronger!!
At the same time, I can tell that my body is changing in terms of shape. I put on a shirt yesterday that I got a couple of weeks ago from a friend. It didn't fit her. It sort of fit me, but was really tight. It's still not loose by any means, but it fits a lot better. And people at work noticed. So yay! That helped the lack of huge progress on the scale have a little less sting.
And...yeah.
